Delivery times and methods:
We will endeavour to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

If you have ordered an item that is delayed or unavailable, we will notify you via email or phone, and you will have the option to choose another product or receive a refund.

Please allow 5-15 days for all national and international deliveries.

Payment & Tax
All prices stated on this site are in New Zealand dollars.

If your payment method is unsuccessful we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

If you are unable to provide an alternative payment method we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order; or commence legal proceedings against you to fulfil the terms of the order.

Returns
We will not provide a refund for any ordered items that are subject to change-of-mind, or have been opened and used.

All of our prints are packaged for optimum protection, however, in the event that the goods are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we may arrange a replacement item. We will replace faulty items at our discretion within 3 days of delivery.
